• REQUEST judges by creating a new Meet Request Form. This is the first step in getting your meet on the judging schedule. The Meet Request form will be considered a "pending" request for judges until a judge booking fee is received. At that point the meet will be accepted. You will be able to see the status of this meet request on this web site. This meet request form together with the fee is considered your contract with PA & DE NAWGJ.

  NOTE: We reserve the right to reject a meet request due to limited availability of judges. Please look at the meet calendar/schedule BEFORE entering your request. If the weekend you have selected is an issue the assigner will contact you promptly.

  The assigning fee is $5.00 per judge per day. If the request is received less than 30 days prior to the competition, the fee is $7.00 per judge per day. The fee can either be mailed or paid via Paypal.

  • If paying by PayPal, please forward the PayPal transaction receipt by attaching it to an email to Terry McGirk, and include the name of the club in the email. This will help to correlate the payments to the meets. Send the email to terrymcgirk@gmail.com.

  Assignments and updates will be e-mailed to the Meet Director. A reply is requested when information has been received.

  To update or view a previously submitted Meet Request Form, you must provide the Meet Director's Member number (or the PIN code that was created when originally submitted) in order to be allowed to modify any information.
